William Murrell serves as the lead pastor of All Saints Church. Born and raised in the Philippines, William holds graduate degrees in history from the University of Oxford (MSt) and Vanderbilt University (PhD). He also serves as academic dean and professor of church history at Every Nation Seminary. William and his wife, Rachel, have a daughter and three sons. He loves old books, church architecture, and gardening with his wife and children.

Lee Brown serves as the music director at All Saints Church. Born and raised in the Philippines, Lee has served in full-time ministry for more than fifteen years, leading and training worship teams locally and internationally. Lee has written and recorded numerous songs that are sung in churches around the world. Lee and his wife, Camelle, have two sons.

Barry Lee serves as the discipleship pastor at All Saints Church. Barry has served as a campus missionary and cross-cultural missionary, including serving as a missionary in India. He holds a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University and is passionate about developing leaders, reaching college campuses, and making disciples. Barry and his wife, Jessica, have a wonderful daughter. He loves trains and airplanes.

Lee Concepcion serves as the marriage and family pastor at All Saints Church. Originally from the Philippines, Lee represented his country as a swimmer in the 1988 and 1992 Olympic Games and held the Philippine national record in the 200-meter breaststroke for 16 years. He earned a degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he also competed as a collegiate swimmer. After his swimming career, Lee entered full-time ministry and served as a pastor at Victory Church in the Philippines for more than two decades before moving to Nashville with his wife, Jiji, and their 5 children.

Rachel Murrell serves as operations director at All Saints Church. Prior to working at All Saints, Rachel served as the Operations Manager at the Every Nation Churches & Ministries headquarters in Brentwood, TN. She also developed administrative and operational experience fundraising on political campaigns and working on a U.S. Congressman’s staff for several years. She has four children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, baking, and rearranging furniture in her home.

Jessica Lee serves as the discipleship coordinator at All Saints Church. Prior to working at All Saints, Jessica served as the curriculum development coordinator for Every Nation Seminary. In previous years, Jessica also served as a campus missionary in the U.S. and as a cross-cultural missionary in Mumbai, India. She holds a master’s degree in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Barry, share one daughter.

LJ Karson serves as the director of Small Saints at All Saints Church. In addition to her responsibilities at All Saints, LJ also serves missionaries in Every Nation’s Missions Department. She holds a master’s of arts degree in Family Ministry from Logsdon Seminary. Prior to moving to Nashville, LJ worked as a campus missionary at an Every Nation church in Abilene, TX. She and her husband, Karthik, share one son. In her free time, LJ enjoys power lifting, college football, and interior decorating.

Justin Gray serves as the worship pastor at All Saints Church. In addition to his responsibilities at All Saints Church, Justin also works at Every Nation as the director for Every Nation Music. Over the years, Justin has trained many songwriters and worship leaders around the world and has written and recorded many of his songs as well. He holds a master’s of arts degree in Theology and Mission from Every Nation Seminary. Justin and his wife, Mashon, have four children.

Jacob Penner serves as the campus director at All Saints Church. Prior to working at All Saints Church, Jacob served as campus director for Every Nation Vancouver. Jacob has a Master of Divinity from Carey Theological College and is currently completing his master’s degree in Business Administration at Trinity Western University. He and his wife, Erin, have one daughter. Jacob enjoys sports, board games, and cheesecake.
